In 2024 we researched 114 companies while working on our ESG TOP40 list in partnership with HVG.
We asked for the opinions of nearly 4,673 people regarding sustainability while conducting stakeholder-analyses and internal surveys.

In 2023 the revenue of our partners accounted for 1.68% of Hungary’s GDP and the number of their employees combined was nearly 10,000 people.

Reducing emissions
In 2023 our partners reduced their Scope 1-2 emissions by a total of 64% compared to 2019. This accounts for 791,119 tonnes of CO2e.

Proportion of renewable energy
In 2023 our partners consumed a total of 298 GWh of electricity of which 74% or 255GWh was sourced renewably (on-site solar production or renewable energy certifications).

Recycling
Between 2021 and 2023 our partners reduced the total amount of waste they produce by 50,000 tonnes. 95% of the remaining waste was recycled.

Pay Gap
Our partners reduced the pay gap between genders on average by 8% regarding base salaries compared to 2019. This reduction resulted in that all of our partners faired better than the Hungarian average. The largest pay gap discovered was 16%.

Fluctuation
Our partners operate in various industries that greatly influences the degree of fluctuation they experience. Between 2019 and 2023 our partners managed to decrease labor turnover by 40%.

Training of employees
In 2023 the employees of our partners received on average 24.1 hours of training per capita. This was a 57% increase compared to 2021.

Az ügyfélkapcsolatoktól kezdve a működésünkig és közösségi támogatásunkig mind a 17 SDG célhoz hozzájárulva arra törekszünk, hogy a fenntartható jövő érdekében cselekedjünk. A 17 cél közül 11 kiemelt SDG célra összpontosítunk, ahol a legnagyobb hatást tudjuk elérni.
